Max Knutson- White Bear Lake- Pro Player Questionnaire- Dick Sand Manager was in

attendance to explain the situation. The player was signed in april but his paperwork regarding

his pro player questionnaire was not submitted until July. Motion Kreger second Vogt to make

White Bear Lake ineligible for playoffs for the 2021 season and Max Knutson will have to apply

for reinstatement.

Review of updated criteria points- They will be posted on the state website. At the end of the

state tournament the new B number will be lowered from 49 to 45.

Update on townball day at target field 9/11- The Twins are going to recognize all state

champions with pregame recognition on the field and ceremony unveiling team champion

photos at the town ball tavern. Details to follow regarding decreased ticket packages. The Twins

are planning to market our state tournament through various outlets.

Ticket prices for the state tournament are as follows – single game session $5.00 for adults,

Multiple game sessions will be $10.00 for adults. Tournament passes will remain at $50.00. All

children 17 and under are $1.00 and comp tickets will stay at $5.00. Motion Nagel second

Kreger carries 9-0.

Player conduct and umpire ejection rule- New ejection rule will be implemented for this year’s

state tournament. Motion Schleper second Gerads that any player or manager that is ejected

during a game at the state tournament will be suspended for the remainder of that game and

also for the next game of the state tournament. No appeals umpire decision will be final. Carries

9-0. Look for a permanent state wide rule to begin next season as well.

Minneapolis Cobras- Two players Luke Nordean and Blake Guerin played without a contract

and Luke Nordean lives outside the loop and did not get approval before he played. Motion

Kuerschner second Lemke to suspend the two players and make the Cobras ineligible for 2021

playoffs. Carries 9-0.

North End Biscuits – Brent Nelson played without a contract-Motion Gerad and second Brennan

to suspend the player and make the team ineligible for the 2021 playoffs. Carries 9-0

Staples- Dylan Shequen played without a contract. Motion Kreger second Vogt to suspend the

player and make Staples ineligible for the 2021 state tournament.

St. Peter – Dylan Graft played without a contract. Motion Lemke to suspend the player and Make

St. Peter ineligible for the 2021 state tournament.

St. Paul Mudhens – Two players Joe Vos and Hunter Pearce have addresses that are

questionable regarding the radius rule. Motion Brennan second Vogt to suspend both players

and make the St. Paul Mudhens ineligible for the 2021 state tournament.

Cold Spring Springers- appealing board decision that Eric Meyer played without a proper

release .

Motion to waive the appeal fee due to not being present at the last meeting made by Nagel

second Kuerschner.Carries 9-0. No motion was made to overturn the appeal so Cold Spring is

ineligible for the 2021 state tournament and Eric Meyer is suspended and must apply for

reinstatement for the 2022 season.

Motion Nagel second Kreger to move the if needed B championship game to Chaska at 3:00 pm

carries 9-0

Adjourn Motion Vogt and second Gerads carries 9-0.
